The Company: Zero Degrees Media is a fast-growing social media agency helping impactful leaders all over the world spread their message faster than ever.
The Role: Content Analyst - This role sources clips of different lengths from long-form video content and creates strategic and catchy Titles for each clip.
Location: You can work from anywhere you want as our entire team is virtual.
Pay: Pay is based on experience and will be discussed if you are a good fit.
Hours: Ideally full-time (40 hours/week), but may start as part-time (20 hours/week).

What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?

You are passionate about personal development, social media, and your ability to find the best clips.
You can show proven role experience from previous companies.
You are very strong at communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
You have the ability to find the best clips, meaning you can analyze long-form videos (5-60 minutes) and find engaging clips (15s - 3m) to be posted on social media, while also being able to create strategic and catchy Titles for each clip.
You are ready to showcase your expertise you’ve learned throughout your career.

You are able to learn and leverage our proven workflow and methodologies, while at the same time bring your own experience.
You’re obsessed with finding the best ways to share productivity hacks, workflow efficiencies, and tools to help the team improve clarity, turnaround time, and simplify our projects.

Some of the Specific Role Functions

Content Analysis

Find the best clips & create titles based on client expectations, requirements, and desires.
Understand each client’s needs and wants so you can help them better reach and impact their audience.
Collaborate with other team members through sharing feedback on each other’s clips & titles, sharing tips and tricks, and how to improve and innovate our clips and titles.

General Responsibilities

Attend weekly meetings to collaborate with other team members and solve challenges.
Periodically deliver training to the Content Analysis team on your areas of expertise so that as a team we are all improving.
Live out the ZDM core values and take ownership of helping clients, the team, and the company succeed.

Team & Company Improvements

Provide guidance, insights, and thoughts on how to make the ZDM processes and workflow even better.
Bring back insights from clients on gaps or improvements that we can make.
Use time that is not spent analyzing projects to help build & improve systems and SOPs.
