The Company: ZDM is a fast-growing social media agency helping impactful leaders all over the world spread their message faster than ever.
The Role: Content Manager- this role develops and implements social media strategies for impactful leaders such as coaches, podcasters, and motivational speakers.
Location: You can work from anywhere you want as our entire team is virtual.
Pay: Pay is based on experience and will be discussed if you are a good fit.
Hours: Ideally full-time (40 hours/week)

You are passionate about personal development, social media, and strategies.
You can show proven role experience from previous companies.
You are very strong at communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
You have the ability to create strategies for different clients, meaning you are able to adapt to each client’s unique voices and stay up to date with writing techniques, while also being able to suggest new ideas and how we can utilize them in our content creation services.
You use research & creativity to create the most compelling titles and hooks.
You value critical thinking, using this to find the best clips to use to promote our client’s work.

You are well-versed in all facets of SOCIAL MEDIA, STRATEGY, and METRICS REPORTING. From In-App Analytics to other reporting software & social media strategies… and you can help other team members in these areas.

Develop and implement social media strategies for personal brand clients.
Develop, Assign, & Clearly Communicate Content Briefs & Campaigns
Track & Present KPIs & Analytic Reports to Achieve & Showcase Client ROI
Review, Revise, Approve, Test, Optimize, & Drive Innovation in our Deliverables
Collaborate with other team members through sharing feedback on each other's content, sharing tips and tricks, and how to innovate our output and workflow.

General Responsibilities

Attend daily & monthly meetings to collaborate with other team members and solve challenges.
Periodically deliver training to other members of your team & department on your area of expertise to ensure the entire team is improving together.
Live out the ZDM core values and take ownership of helping clients, the team, and the company succeed.

Team & Company Improvements

Provide ideas, insights, and thoughts on how to make the ZDM methodologies and workflow even better.
Bring back insights from Social Media Strategies or team collaboration on gaps or improvements that we can make.
Utilize time that is not spent writing to help improve the workflow and team collaboration process.
