The Company: ZDM is a fast-growing social media agency helping impactful leaders all over the world spread their message faster than ever.
The Role: FUNNEL DESIGNER- Design and create visually appealing funnels that engage potential customers and encourage them to take action for ZDM’s Clients.
Location: You can work from anywhere you want as our entire team is virtual.
Pay: Pay is based on experience and will be discussed if you are a good fit.
Hours: Ideally full-time (40 hours/week), but may start as part-time (20 hours/week).
We are accepting applications for a qualified FUNNEL DESIGNER to join our growing ZDM team and get paid to impact people all around the world with our proven ZDM Signature Process.

What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?

You are passionate about personal development, funnel design, and graphic design.
You can show proven role experience from previous companies.
You are very strong at communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
You have the ability to create different funnels for different purposes, meaning you are able to adapt to each client’s unique styles, needs and stay up to date with trending styles, while also being able to suggest new content ideas and how we can utilize them in our content creation.
You are ready to showcase your expertise you’ve learned throughout your career.

Your actions speak integrity as you’ll be trusted and responsible for holding yourself accountable as you will be working from home and not in an in-person office setting.
You are able to learn and leverage our proven workflow and methodologies, while at the same time bring your own experience.

You are well-versed in all facets of FUNNEL DESIGN. From Go High Level, ClickFunnels, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator… and you can help other team members in these areas.

Some of the Specific Role Functions

FUNNEL DESIGNER

Design and create visually appealing funnels that engage potential customers and encourage them to take action for ZDM’s Clients.
Utilize funnel building software such as Go High Level, ClickFunnels and, Figma and other tools to help in funnel building.
Create a funnel that is easy to navigate and encourages users to take action.
Design funnels such as Opt-in, Lead Magnet, Sales, Webinar, Membership and, Application Funnels.
Create web pages that are needed as part of the funnel and make them attractive (you may write the copy that appears on the pages but since we have Multimedia Artists and Creative Writers in ZDM, knowledge on this is a plus!)

General Responsibilities

Attend weekly meetings to collaborate with other team members and solve challenges.
Periodically deliver training to the editing team on your areas of expertise so that as a team we are all improving.
Live out the ZDM core values and take ownership of helping clients, the team, and the company succeed.

Team & Company Improvements

Provide ideas, insights, and thoughts on how to make the ZDM methodologies and workflow even better.
Bring back insights from content creation or team collaboration on gaps or improvements that we can make.
Utilize time that is not spent creating content to help improve the workflow and team collaboration process.
