The Role: HR Director- this role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives
Location: You can work from anywhere you want as our entire team is virtual.
Pay: Pay is based on experience and will be discussed if you are a good fit.
Hours: Ideally full-time (40 hours/week)

What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
You can show proven role experience from previous companies.
You are very strong at communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Experience developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Experience managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Some of the Specific Role Functions

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team to ensure effective execution of HR initiatives.
Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Oversee the compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Participate in the development and execution of company-wide initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs and employee engagement initiatives.

General Responsibilities

Attend daily & monthly meetings to collaborate with other team members and solve challenges.
Periodically deliver training to other members of your team & department on your area of expertise to ensure the entire team is improving together.
Live out the ZDM core values and take ownership of helping clients, the team, and the company succeed.

Team & Company Improvements

Provide ideas, insights, and thoughts on how to make the ZDM methodologies and workflow even better.
Bring back insights from Social Media Strategies or team collaboration on gaps or improvements that we can make.
Utilize time that is not spent writing to help improve the workflow and team collaboration process.
