The Company: Zero Degrees Media is a fast-growing social media agency helping impactful leaders all over the world spread their message faster than ever.
The Role: Project Manager- This role helps keep our entire team on track with projects to ensure we stay productive, are ahead of deadlines, and provide the team with complete project details for every single project.
Location: You can work from anywhere you want as our entire team is virtual.
Pay: Pay is based on experience and will be discussed if you are a good fit.
Hours: Ideally full-time (40 hours/week), but may start as part-time (20 hours/week).

You are passionate about personal development, social media, and project management.
You can show proven role experience from previous companies.
You are very strong at communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
You have the ability to plan and lead projects, meaning you can plan project tasks for the team and hold them accountable, while also being able to lead them on each client’s desired outcome and how to best complete projects in a timely manner through our workflow.
You are ready to showcase your expertise you’ve learned throughout your career.

Some of the Specific Role Functions

Project Management

Provide the team with all the project details based on client expectations, requirements, and desires.
Understand the entire ZDM workflow so you can help the team with assigning tasks and the timeline to complete each project.
Assigning tasks to the team to ensure all project due dates are met, individual daily workload expectations are set, and keeping the team productive to stay ahead of project deadlines.

General Responsibilities

Prepare & lead Daily Huddle meetings to announce any changes to project details, mistakes, and give praise for good work for the previous day, as well as go over the top priorities and answer any questions the team may have.
Deliver projects to clients using our tools and templates to ensure all projects are delivered on time and to the client’s expectations.
Live out the ZDM core values and take ownership of helping clients, the team, and the company succeed.

Team & Company Improvements

Provide guidance, insights, and thoughts on how to make the ZDM processes and workflow even better.
Bring back insights from clients on gaps or improvements that we can make.
Use time that is not spent managing projects to help build & improve systems and SOPs.
