The Company: ZDM is a fast-growing social media agency helping impactful leaders all over the world spread their message faster than ever.
The Role: VIRTUAL ASSISTANT - This role will handle various detail oriented tasks. Such as communicating with clients, attending client calls, delivering projects to clients, doing research, hiring new team members, scheduling social media posts, amongst other tasks.

Location: You can work from anywhere you want as our entire team is virtual.
Pay: Pay is based on experience.
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), however, may start as part-time (20-30 hours/week).

Some of the Specific Role Functions


Communicate with clients during weekly meetings, while delivering projects, and through email.
Assist with recruiting and interviewing new team members.
Perform various tasks at a high level in an organized way.

General Responsibilities

Attend weekly meetings with clients and other team members.
Periodically deliver training to the team on your areas of expertise so that as a team we are all improving.
Live out the ZDM core values and take ownership of helping clients, the team, and the company succeed.
Understand each client’s needs and wants so you can help them better reach and impact their audience.

Team & Company Improvements

Provide ideas, insights, and thoughts on how to make the ZDM methodologies and workflow even better.
Bring back insights from communicating with clients or team collaboration on gaps or improvements that we can make.
Utilize time that is not spent doing tasks to help improve the company SOPs and processes.
