The amount of videos/graphics you receive per month is determined by the turnaround time of each project which depends on the length of your videos, complexity of project, and your desired deliverables.
Our average quantity of videos and/or graphics per month is listed below depending on which package and add-ons you select.
Videos Per Project & Turnaround Time
Up to 10 Minutes of Analyzed Videos = 1-2 Expected Videos (1-2 Day Turnaround)
Up to 30 Minutes of Analyzed Videos = 2-4 Expected Videos (2-3 Day Turnaround)
Up to 60 Minutes of Analyzed Videos = 3-6 Expected Videos (3-4 Day Turnaround)
Up to 90 Minutes of Analyzed Videos = 4-8 Expected Videos (4-5 Day Turnaround)

We typically deliver the first draft within 1-3 days after your project request is submitted. Once we complete your project, you will receive a review link to approve the project or request any revisions you’d like. Any revisions will typically be completed within 24 hours.
The turnaround time ultimately depends on the video length, complexity of the project, and your desired deliverables. You can check turnaround times for different video lengths on our detailed pricing overview.
It’s important to remind you here that we work on one project at a time to ensure quality and consistency.
Note: Our 24-48 hour onboarding process is not included in this average turnaround time. This will result in a later delivery of your first project.

It’s really simple! Here is a brief overview of each step:
1. After you are onboarded, you will get access to your Personal Project Tracker, where video and/or graphic project requests are submitted. To ease the process, we have a pre-defined order form so you can provide all the necessary information for us to start working on your project.
2. We create and edit your project based on the information provided in the project request form. As soon as your project is completed, you’ll receive an email and ClickUp notification with a review link to approve the project or request any revisions you’d like.
3. We proceed with the next project in your queue.
